Karrigan is first baby of 2019

January 7, 2019

Starr Regional Medical Center is ringing in 2019 with the year’s first bundle of joy. Weighing 8 pounds and 12 ounces and measuring 20.5 inches, Karrigan was born to Rebekah, Wednesday, Jan. 2, at 8:33 a.m. He is also receiving help from big sister, Violet.

Rebekah was greeted with a gift basket provided by Starr Regional as well as a hand sewn quilt from the Heritage Quilt Guild (presented by Michelle Miles).

“We are so excited to meet our new baby boy!” said Rebekah. “The physicians, nurses and staff at Starr Regional all helped to make this such a special and memorable experience for us, and we are so grateful for the wonderful care our family received.”

Starr Regional's Women’s Center is committed to providing high quality, compassionate care close to home for new and expecting parents in the region.
