Medical Records 

In an effort to minimize the risk of exposure to illness for our patients, providers, employees and community members, Starr Regional Medical Center has suspended walk-in access for medical records inquiries from Health Information Management (HIM) until further notice.

During this time, records will not be available to be picked up from the hospital. You may access your records online via the My HealthPoint Patient Portal. Learn more about our online patient portal and how to sign up below. If you do not have access to the patient portal or if you need records sent to a medical provider, please call (423) 744-3218 to discuss your options for accessing records.

The Health Information Management department assists patients with medical records, birth certificates, incomplete records, release of information and transcription. 

Access Your Records Online

Now you can access your health information online using the My HealthPoint Patient Portal. The portal allows you access to important health information related to your stay or visit.
