Starr Regional Medical Center Recognizes Nurses for Advancing Clinical Excellence through Clinical Ladder Program

Starr Regional Medical Center recently recognized nurses who achieved advancement through the hospital’s Clinical Ladder Program, a professional development initiative that rewards commitment to lifelong learning, leadership and excellence in patient care.
The Clinical Ladder Program empowers nurses to grow professionally by pursuing advanced education, participating in quality improvement and evidence-based practice projects, mentoring colleagues and demonstrating a high level of clinical expertise. The program encourages nurses to expand their skills while enhancing the care experience for patients and families throughout the community.
