One-on-One Therapy

All our therapy sessions offer individualized care with undivided attention for every patient. There are many benefits to one-on-one care, including additional focus on the patient to ensure exercises and activities are performed correctly to maximize effectiveness; awareness of the specific needs and progress of the patient to adapt the treatment plan when needed; and direct instruction and detailed expectations for exercises to be completed outside of therapy sessions to improve progression. When therapists are able to provide care to one patient at a time, patients may require fewer treatments to meet their rehabilitation goals.
